LIONEL PODCAST: The Peril of Seeking Knowledge Is How It Introduces You to Your Default and Organic Nescience.

The more you know the more you’ll be amazed at what you don’t know. I love words. The more arcane, the better. Recondite, rare, obscure. I love ’em all. And the more I learn the more I realize that I know absolutely nothing because I never knew how many words there were until I tried to learn all of them. And therein lies the rub. With any subject under the sun, the closer you get to it the more you’ll see what you don’t know. And there’s something so liberating about being humbled. In fact, only someone most smart would realize how dumb they are. It forces you to confront reality which has always been my dream. To make you confront reality.

“All of the books in the world contain no more information than is broadcast as video in a single large American city in a single year.” Not all bits have equal value. Carl Sagan.
