The LionelNation Channel: The Ignition Switch to Critical Thinking Realpolitik

Behold Bentham’s Panopticon

Jeremy Bentham, an English philosopher and social theorist in the mid-1700s, invented a social control mechanism that would become a comprehensive symbol for modern authority and discipline in the western world: a prison system called the Panopticon. The basic principle for the design, which Bentham first completed in 1785, was to monitor the maximum number of prisoners with the fewest possible guards and other security costs.

And now you understand BigTech tyranny. The Surveillance State.

The LionelNation Channel is here. It’s a paid subscription channel. That means you pay a pittance, a de minimis trifling for my unfiltered nonpareil excited truth brutality. And if you think this is another Rightwing Pro-Trump billet doux, you’re right. And if you think it’s a Radleft platform that takes Trump et al. to task, you’re right. (Yes, if you believe that antiwar, pro civil rights passions are Radleft inter alia). This is about the Constitutional guarantees and underpinnings of this glorious and grand republic. This is about freedom and liberty and human rights. I rail against surveillance culture, disaster capitalism, medical tyranny and those rat bastard BigTech fascists who now terrorize those audacious enough to believe they have the right to speak. Join me. Sign up here.

I don’t want to say I told you so. But this time I’ll make an exception. I and legions of my truth colleagues have warned forever of what just happened. Big Tech fascists lowering the boom and destroying speech. The ability to utter ideas publicly on fora made possible by and through the involvement and acquiescence of our government I thought was understood as guaranteed. DARPA and its iterations are the real tech wizards who fronted the scratch for this masquerade by placing expressionless misfits in power positions only to lower the boom first with Trump and then you and me. How many Twitter followers have you lost? After being held at the same number by Fred Ziffel and his Twatters I just lost over 25,000 followers immediately. Freefall implosion, a controlled demolition of the first order. And what did I do to incur their rate? This. That simple. I didn’t toe the line. Sign up here.

YouTube has essentially made verboten anything questioning (1) the 2020 election, (2) CV1984 remedies and therapeutics or (3) anything violating free-floating on-the-spot ad hoc mysterious manufactured rules of proscription that swell and contract as the day progresses. Creators and purveyors deplatformed, demonetized and demoralized. And §230, the theoretical and unenforced and meaningless carte blanche immunity grant to these free speech terrorists, hangs in the balance. REPEAL IT INSTANTER!

47 U.S. Code §230 – Protection for private blocking and screening of offensive material.

Hidden away deep inside the Communications Decency Act (CDA) of 1996 is one of the most misunderstood and misapplied provisions in the history of legislation: Section 230. It sounds great in theory: providing immunity to online platforms from civil liability based on third-party content and for the removal of content in certain circumstances. Sounds good. To protect internet providers and the like with immunity so they can’t be held liable for every lunatic who posts or says something actionable, defamatory or combinations thereof. Right? WRONG!

Everyone, open your hymnals.

(c) Protection for “Good Samaritan” blocking and screening of offensive material

(1) Treatment of publisher or speaker
No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider.

(2) Civil liability No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be held liable on account of—

(A) any action voluntarily taken in good faith to restrict access to or availability of material that the provider or user considers to be obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, whether or not such material is constitutionally protected; or
(B) any action taken to enable or make available to information content providers or others the technical means to restrict access to material described in paragraph (1).

Did you catch that? They can’t act as publishers. But they do. They editorialize and limit speech. Like publishers and idiots do. Just like they did with President Trump. All the while allowing rape videos of women and children as well as the anti-American ravings of despots. Does this make sense to you? It shouldn’t.

About the author

Truth warriors and verity sentries, the primary political focus of this channel initially pivoted decidedly towards the 2020 “election.” And how couldn’t it? The CV1984 claptrap is prolix and dutiful and woke heteroclite psephologists are now zeroing attention to address the incomprehensible (now) reality: a Joe Biden presidency. That simple. And I’ve (again) one focus, scilicet unabashed unvarnished naked truth. Join us. Mother America is under attack ideologically and spiritually by an enemy determined to destroy Her foundation and essential principles. This is an existential fight and as such requires the commitment of a new centurion, a heteroclite truth warrior committed to protecting our constitutional republic. But it’s a new war and a new enemy. Political left and right are dead. Liberal versus conservative might have made sense during the Reagan epoch but not now.

In 1989, the latest version of ATT’s communications satellite (Tellstar III?) could resolve the headline on a NY Times newspaper laid on the sidewalk in say Times Square. I learned this from an engineer at the Bell Labs at a seminar there. Imagine what a satellite’s can do now?
This is all from a geostationary orbit of 22 miles above the earth. Who is receiving this information and how it will be used now is a topic. I used to be excited about technology and admired it’s existence. I also had the good fortune to grow up in a time when most the crew of our boat were all Americans sincere in the effort to promote, protect and preserve what we had. Dwight D. Eisenhower is still one of my favorite Presidents of all. I’m sorry but as much as I love him, Trump blew it for us and himself.

A modern day Bentham’s Panopticon may look something like this? Imagine a town with a total of 1000 cameras, satelites, drones monitoring a population. Now imagine , not a human overlooking the 1000 cameras(like someone positioned at N in the Panopcticon) but yet another camera. This camera is meant to pick up anything odd or anything that you put into the settings ( erratic head movements) in not just the 1000 cameras in the one town (or Panopticon)but maybe 10 “Panopticon towns” or a hundred. If taken to the extreme we would eventually have 1 person overseeing the entire world’s population. A true high tech Bentham’s Panopticon style Prison Planet. My problem is that even though it makes sense to me i say this to people and they think i’m a conspiracy kook.

I think my I.Q. is goin up the more i come here. Bentham’s Panopticon…that is really kool. So under section 230 the left shoud not be able to wield big tech like a sword. By censoring, they can manipulate the opinions and habits of the public. Why isn’t section 230 being enforced? Am i missing something? This is what i will call a ” Bernay’s wildest dream come true” type of environment , it would seem. Almost like having complete control over the information that people are exposed to? The average person looks at twitter and can see that kathy griffin decapitating a man is seemingly acceptable behavior even trendy perhaps. We can see how rule of law like 230 is what holds evrything together like a fabric with a degree of integrity. A fabric that won’t come apart when one tugs at it..hmm..

Here in Australia, a law was passed a few months ago which prohibits journalists from reporting on political corruption cases/ allegations AND in Victoria, victims of sexual assault now cannot publicly name their attacker.

Folks, for the price of 2 lattes you can have a month of of topics and information to help you understand what is going on with our Government today. Well worth it IMHO!
